It’s been incredibly rewarding servicing so many amazing people and pushing myself as an entrepreneur. My specialities include luxury & custom lash extensions, brow laminations & custom shaping, lash lifts & tints, and permanent jewelry. Cancellation Policy
At Lili Artistry, we value respecting everyone's time! A 48-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment or reschedule with the same deposit. With a minimum of 48 hours notice, you will be allowed to move your deposit to a rescheduled appointment ONCE within 4 weeks of the original appointment date (ie: August 1 cancellation, rescheduled appointment must take place by September 1).
Cancellations within **48 hours** will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($100 service = $50 cancellation fee). Deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
Cancellations within **24 hours** of appointment or no-shows will have a 100% cancellation fee (ie: $100 service = $100 cancellation fee). 100% of the rescheduled service will be due as a non-refundable deposit if you would like to rebook (ie: rebooked service is $160 total = $160 will be due as your nonrefundable deposit in order to rebook).
If you no show twice (overall, not just in a row) you will be banned from booking with me.
And, being late happens…Take a moment to give us a heads up on your ETA so we can anticipate you coming! We do have a late policy. If you are 10-15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, you will be considered a no-show, and the no-show fees listed above will apply.

1. A completed waiver form is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive any services.
2. No refunds - including deposits
3. Your remaining balance is due the day of the appointment via ZELLE or CASH. Card payments can also be accepted, but will incur a 3.5% transaction fee.
4. FOR LASHES - Fills are valid if booked within 21 days of last appointment and you have at least 40% lash retention, anything past 21 days or less than 40% retention is considered a full set.
5. Lili Artistry reserves the right to turn away clients who do not follow proper aftercare instructions for their lashes.
6. FOR LASHES - Do not have caffeine before your appointment! It causes your eyes to shake.
7. NO GUESTS. NO CHILDREN.
