Although we offer durable metals, they are not indestructible. Your FIRST repair needed within the first 2 weeks from your permanent jewelry appointment will be complimentary. Any repairs needed after 2 weeks from the permanent jewelry appointment will be $20 for a simple re-weld. This is only the case if you can bring your entire chain with you. Resizing repairs (making the piece larger) or adding in a connector or charm will cost more depending on the nature of the repair. ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON REFUNDABLE.
